Hi guys can anyone help please? I have deposited some funds into my fx digital over the weekend and it’s showing in my transactions - deposit section. But the rest of my account is blank.. the dashboard under GBP says 0 and under profit loss record I have no transactions - is there something I need to do to get my account to start trading or should it be automatic? Thanks in advance for your help

Did you submit your KYC? Click on the 3 vertical dots in upper right corner then hit KYC and submit documents.

Hi Natalie, I was in the same situation a few days ago. You will need to wait for your account to be updated so by tomorrow you should get your first results 😊
