Verifications are checked daily . If you have already tried to complete the verification process and are not yet verified it is most likely that you have been rejected.
This is because your ID/selfie image or both have not uploaded, or the ID is not clear or in date.
Sometimes when trying to verify from the APP your images maybe too large and are not uploading. If this is happening you may have more success trying to verify from a PC,or using your mobile browser in desktop mode instead of the APP.

Click your image at the top
Click general settings tab
Add user name, upload ID, upload selfie and click send.
Once your documents are checked and you are verified, a verification icon
will appear next to your profile image.
